Sainkho is an exceptional singer from the desert of Tuva, a small country lying on the border of Mongolia and Siberia. She has created a style combining the traditions of her nomadic past, folklore, guttural singing and shamanism with influences in the current world of drum n’ bass, hip hop and contemporary jazz.
