La Tribu iOta (The iOta Tribe) is the end-of-year project of the 22nd graduating class of the CNAC (The French National School of Circus Arts in Chalon en Champagne). Each year, this school trains 15 students in various circus arts before launching them into the profession with the creation and performance of an end-of-the-year show.
This show's success was so unanimous, that the troupe went professional and headed out on a European tour. This is our opportunity to encounter these young performers, their perception helping us understand the universe of the Circus.Training, creation, wandering, rehearsals and shows, the Tribe's 16 circus artists share with us their insight into contemporary circus.
